Carlton Restaurant

Our Carlton Restaurant has recently been awarded an AA food rosette and offers the finest dining. Our chefs have created an exquisite array of dishes using only the best local ingredients, this combined with excellent presentation and taste enables us to offer food to suit the most discerning palate. This 45 seat restaurant with soft pastels and wood paneling is the perfect setting to enjoy a sumptuous dinner after either a day at work or exploring the locality.

Clock Tower

For that very special occasion with family and friends the eight cover clock tower restaurant is totally unique. Built inside the clock face windows with views towards Criffel, Scotland, The Isle of Man and the Lake District peaks are outstanding. Gourmet seven course candlelit dinners for a celebration or a business dinner are our specialty.

Bar meals - Coffee Shop

Bar meals are available lunchtimes and evenings in the lounge bar, snug or conservatory areas of the Hotel, located on the first floor.

During the day The Washington Central coffee shop provides wholesome snacks, delicious espresso coffee, homemade pastries, cakes and savories. It is a vibrant and popular meeting place for leisure club guests, locals and residents alike.
