This distinctive red brick of the Washington Central Hotel was originally built in 1982. Further improvements were made in 1989 and 1994. A total refurbishment was completed in the early half of 2000 and again in 2008. This has created a luxurious hotel with Banqueting and Conference facilities, Leisure Club and fine restaurants.
It is situated in an ideal central location in the busy, provincial market town of Workington. It is within walking distance of local shops, cinema, theatre, parks, as well as other town centre amenities.
