layers of pasta, bolognese and white sauce finished with tomato, cream

and smoked salmon with a Marie Rose sauce, buttered brown bread

Main Courses

Homemade turkey, leek and ham short crust pie

served with potatoes, vegetables of the day

and a jug of gravy

 

Classic Caesar salad

wit garlic croute, cos lettuce, anchovies topped with chargrilled chicken

and smoked bacon  lardons

 

Battered Atlantic cod

simply served with chips, mushy peas and lemon wedge

 

Cumberland sausage

on plain or black pudding mashed potatoes, vegetables

and a mushroom onion gravy

 

Beef tomato

filled with roasted vegetables and feta cheese, resting on a salad

dressed with mustard vinaigrette

 

Chargrilled sirloin steak

served with a tomato crown, mushrooms and onion rings. Accompanied

by vegetables and French fries or potatoes of the day
