A salad of Norwegian prawns and smoked salmon with a Marie Rose sauce, buttered brown bread and lemon Main Courses Homemade turkey, leek and ham short crust pie served with potatoes, vegetables of the day and a jug of gravy
Classic Caesar salad wit garlic croute, cos lettuce, anchovies topped with chargrilled chicken and smoked bacon lardons
Battered Atlantic cod simply served with chips, mushy peas and lemon wedge
Cumberland sausage on plain or black pudding mashed potatoes, vegetables and a mushroom onion gravy
